No amount of money thrown at a Facebook Ad will result in sign ups to offers or landing pages that don't convert BEFORE you run any ads.
Make sure you test your landing pages and offers will actually convert before you spend any money on them.
Try testing them to your existing audience.
If you don't have an audience or it's really small, you need to grow your audience before you launch anything new.
Make sure you have your target audience en point. No point targeting to people who aren't your ideal clients. They will never buy anything off you in a million years.
